I spoke with David over at Alls Roads Express everything sounded ok initally he promised me the world little did I know these are flat out lies and that I was in for an horror story! He offered me an low quote of $1195 to move my vehicle from Florida to Los Angeles no sooner had I made the reservation then I receive an call from an James saying he has to increase it by $200 what the hell I just made the reservation! lol He pretty much just had the attitude take it or else! All along these people here at this transport company all have lousy customer service! After I agreed to pay the additional amount the driver for the truck to service my vehicle was 5 days late all along every time I tried to call the people at this company they either just placed me on hold or flatly hung up on me! I think once they have your deposit then they could care less what happens next! The driver finally delivered my vehicle after 10 days and then had the nerve to deman ANOTHER $200 before he would unload my vehicle and told me if i didn't pay he would sell my vehicle! This is the worse auto transport company I've dealt with and it is an complete scam! Their main aim is to completely rip you off for as much money as possible with so much for an care in the world! They are complete scumbags and even had an earlier company that was worse that they had to close down because I'm sure they were under investgation! PLEASE DO YOURSELF AN FAVOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU'LL GET HURT!!!!!!!!!!!
