We took our RV in for repair to water damage in the overhead cab on 11-18-15. We were promised they would start working on it right away. Someone inspected the roof in front of my husband, said it was fine.
They waited almost 3 weeks to give an estimate, we called constantly to get updates, no work was ever done until the week before we finally just went and took it back (12-24).
In the 5 weeks they had it, it never moved from the parking spot, it sat in the cold and rain (18") that month, it developed a new leak in the main part of the living area, the areas in the cab were also affected and made worse.
These people constantly made excuses and lied about working on it, they lied to my insurance company as well. I now have a more damaged motorhome that would not have happened if not for the fact that it was out in the weather and pouring rain for 5 weeks. Very negligent.
