Here's my story... Please feel free to share because I hope nobody else gets taken advantage of like this. I would rather be at work... I am a single mother of three and I am the sole provider no child support or assistance at all. I am being scammed by a person I considered to be a friend. His body shop repaired my vehicle and they have received 3500 up to date. They are continuously trying to scam me out of more money. I have emails and text showing the total of repairs being $4000 in full and then saying they were only charging me $3000 these people will not return my car. I have had to dip into the savings for my children to pay for rentals and my bills. I cannot go to work, and am hitchhiking with three little kids, the stress has also taken a toll on my health. I am able to provide text messages and Facebook post From myself and this company to show proof They have lied and said I have not paid but my bank account says differently. Mazde quoted me the price upfront as all repair facilities do and Joe has continuously tried to scam me out of more money. Its not right how this company is operating because now from the stress from all this I don't sleep, I'm under doctors care and this affecting me being able to provide for my babies. He has also stated he attempted to assist me by offering a payment plan but on the text you will see that is not true. In addition to this why would I need a payment plan when the amount he quoted was collected plus 500 more? I still don't have my car. I can provide over 160+ text and emails to prove what I am saying is facts. They have also continued to harass me to the point I had to request a cease and desist.

Since my original post, I have discovered a lot of information about All Star Auto Clinic. I would like to take this opportunity to go on record about my findings. Initially I was contacted by a former friend from high school; this individual represented himself as the owner of the company and explained to me he would be giving me a great rate for the repairs of my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed from another facility, because my former friend explained to me, the dealership was charging entirely too much for repairs. I met Joe Amidi of AllStar Auto Clinic, who my former friend explained to me as being the repairman. The communication between myself and Joe was very minimal initially. I never spoke to Joe about figures, only repairs. Joe was great about keeping me in the loop about the progress of my vehicle, so I never felt the need to speak with him about the fees. I later found out that Joe is the service advisor, and partner of this company, and my former friend only does marketing for the company and in exchange the customers he refers get the Friends/Family rate. Fast forward, Joe and I have had the opportunity to talk only to find out that not only was he in the dark but so was I about the information being provided by a middle man. After providing proof to Joe about how his company had been misrepresented he was able to understand my frustration and feelings about the whole ordeal. Joe and I have had the opportunity to speak several times and come to an agreement, that not only was all of this avoidable, but we both had a common ground of wanting to see the right thing done, without any middle men. I wish I had initially known what I know now, because all of my communication would have been with Joe and this headache could have been avoided. Joe Amidi of All Star Auto Clinic, is a very fair man and has handled this situation and the misunderstanding in a sympathetic and professional manner. Unfortunately All Star Auto Company has gotten a bad reputation from this, and I would like to try my best to redeem this company’s reputation. Even after all the turmoil and obstacles I would definitely take my vehicle back to this company. This is a very small company, but that take pride in having happy customers with quality work done. They will not release your vehicle back to you, until they know your vehicle is performing at top notch. I will also say this, Joe is hands on with all repairs, and as busy as he is he still offered to take my vehicle in for a wash and vacuum. I hate one of the good company’s that actually do care about the customers has suffered like this, and I was a part of that because of an individual’s deceptions and lack of honesty.

Ironically enough when I did not comply with what this company wanted to do their tone and helpfulness changed. Im glad they stated on one site they tried to offer a payment plan to me; because from their rebuttal on here and the text messages it states they were never willing to do so. Everytime they post something it contradicts something they stated. Beginning with the initial contact when they offered services for my vehicle. Do they prey on single mothers to scam them? They love to play the victim role. I posted a mere fraction of text messages that reveal what kind of individuals these people are there are 160+ messages of correspondence at this time I have been advised not to provide those as much as I would like to. I'm not the first but I pray I am the last. I have been texted and called a "virus to society" by Joe for not giving them more money. Sadly enough I thought he was the mechanic but he and Shawn are the registered owners and this is how an owner handles business. That is a threatening and harassing message to send to someone and that to will be addressed.

I will no longer engage in an internet war with this shady company. A lot of information has come to my attention. About the individuals involved. I will continue to move forward with the developments that I have been blessed with to assist me through this ugly and unnecessary stressful situation. God takes care of his own and I have tried my hardest not to allow things to go this far. I will do everything I need to in the legal way with my facts and truths compiled. They have made the decision to take the road of greed and evil doings and for that this wrong will be made right. If they were on the up and up as they claim to be any smart business that rightfully felt like they were owed money would have wrote the difference off as a charitable contribution instead of trying to harm a hard working single mother. I don't wish harm on anyone or their company because I do not have a ugly heart. I strongly believe you do into others as you would have then do unto you. I just wanted my vehicle back per the agreement verbally and text communicated. Mediation was not possible with these individuals becsuse they are consumed with greed and scamming hard working people. God has blessed me with the information I have for a reason and now I will move forward with it. They claim the balance to be 2700 and then 2240 but attempted to scam my lienholder of 3630 when clearly they knew the lienholder would not agree. If my car is sold then that will be something else they will have to battle out among other things. Its sad how individuals like this operate even misleading their titles within this company. They have slandered my name with and there is so much contradicting evidence its ridiculous. All I wanted was my vehicle back I did not want any of this extra but this is is what they want and have chosen. This is an unfortunate situation and because of the ugly route this has taken I will still remain humble but they need to know consumers should not and cannot be treated like this.
