I was Quoted $399 to ship a car from Illinois to New Jersey by Brad Taylor. He said price and pick up of car within 4 days were "guaranteed". After the four days, I called to see if car was picked up. He actually laughed, said no one would pick up the car at that price. He demanded an additional payment of $ 450.00, which I declined. When I asked for a refund, he didn't just hang up: he slammed the phone down.

I called him once more,; again, he slammed the phone on me. I reported this to AMEX, and they won't help me. They should not be doing business with these criminals. They need to know this, and will lose my account. This is breach of contract, they say the $ 299.00 deposit is a non-refundable fee. I will be in touch with the Los Angeles Distrcit Attorney's office later today.

NOTE: when looking online for auto shippers, people say don't deal with any company requiring a deposit. HEED this advice. There may be a few good trucking brokers out there...or try finding a trucking company that will deal directly with you. I shipped a car once before, and did not have a problem. 

DO NOT deal with this company. They are professional criminals.
