All Star Glass and Mirror Marti Hart Took money upfront for services for a frameless shower and never returned to do the work McKinney Texas

Marty Hart came to our home to measure for a frameless shower.  He collected the estimated 1/2 down cost at $600, total cost was to be $1150.  He stated that he would return with the material to install our shower within 1 week.  He has avoided my calls.  I turned him into the Better Business Bureau, with no avail.  He has yet to refund my $600.  I have since had a reputable company install my new shower.  Avoid this company at all costs.  I have since found out that he has several judgements against him for the same practice.  Melissa ISD, a school disctrict, mind you...and another establishment for payment and services not rendered.  He also has an extensive criminal history.
