All Star Insurance has had several name changes including Stonewood Insurance, Integon Insurance, and Freeway Insurane.  This insurance company will disregard their own cancellation policy in order to charge consumers more money.  This is exactly what they did to me.  They will also charge you non-sufficient funds for a canceled policy which is against the law.  This insurance company is all about defrauding consumers out of their money.  They also provide the worse insurance meaning you get very little coverage.for an exorbitant price.  I would check reviews and complaints before I buy this insurance.  There are much better insuracne companies out their for hard to cover drivers.  Do your homework and avoid this company.  Never hesitate to file complaints with the Department of Insurance either.  NEVER TRUST A COMPNAY THAT IS ALWAYS CHANGING THIER NAME-BUYER BEWARE...
