All-Star Poms Didnt recieve product paid for or my money back. Promised they would but never happened Colleyville Texas

On July 22, 2008 I ordered Pom Poms for my cheer squad from All Star Poms. They were recieved about 10 days later. When I open up the box and realized they were not "fluffed" called the company and asked if I could send them back to get them "fluffed".

All Star Poms said I could send them back but the charge was an extra $3.00 each. Told them I would pay the amount and also in the check was sending them the amount for shipping them back to me. The poms were recieved by All Star Poms since I have a tracking number to prove this.

The poms were promised to be back to me 10 to 15 days from when they recieved them. Since then I have not recived them back or a refund of any type.

After 15 days I started calling to find out where the poms were. For the first month I was told they were on their way. Then after that month was told mybe they were lost by ups and they were going to remake my order and also give me a refund. Was also told this is not how they do business and customer happiness was important.
I have called consistantly twice a week since September of 2008. Sometimes when the phone is answered by the Manager (Chad) he tells me your refund to your card should of happened. I will do the refund as soon as we hang up the phone and send you a comformation.

To this date I have not recieved a refund or the product. All my phone messages are not answered and also my emails to this company.
