All State Financial Group - Ontario Rip Off Loan Company Ajax Ontario

This company is a major scam. They prey on people with bad credit knowing most are desperately in need of financial assistance.

Allstate Financial Group will email that you are pre-approved for a loan of $8,000 and ask you to contact them by phone. When you do this, they will ask for a few documents of info - copy of SS card, Drivers license, etc. Once you fax this info to them, they will tell you that you are approved, but since you are high risk they will need to secure the loan and give you 3 options: 1) have a co-signer that makes $60,000 or more a yr with good credit rating 2) collateral - home or vehicle that is paid for 3) pay a "security deposit" that is fully refundable after you have made 3 on'time payments - ranging in amount from $785 - 1,000. This deposit needs to be wired to the company by Western Union, Money Gram, etc.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!

As soon as they receive the "security deposit" from you, you will never hear from them again and you will NOT receive your loan that you were promised. When you call the company to check the status of your loan, the employees either hang up on you or they do not answer the phone. If you do reach a person, they will tell you your loan was placed on hold because the "consultant" that was dealing with you has been telling customers the wrong amount needed for their "security deposit" and then will tell you they need another $700 - $1,000 from you.

I finally got ahold of a person by dialing different extension numbers close to the one of my "consultant" and said I needed to speak to a manager or supervisor of the company. Kirsten Cooper is who I spoke to and said she could help me (my consultants name was Lynn Matic). After she told me she needed double the amount originally sent to them, I told her to forget the loan and I wanted a refund on my "security deposit". I was told that she would send a refund out to me first thing the next mornng, but because of the mail moving so slow during the holidays it would take 15 - 30 to get to me. I will probably never see my money again and I hope they rejoice this holiday season knowing that my son will not be having a Christmas for the first time in his life.

I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in that area of Canada, but I have heard that they are denying any negative reports for this company.

If I do receive my refund, I will be glad to come back onto this site and make that statement.
