All State Signs Co has had 3 addresses in the past 5 years. They skip out to avoid creditors, landlords, lawsuits, and complaints. I recently saw my job (done several years ago) promoted like it’s new work. I never gave permission for my business to be used in this place’s advertising. The work was shoddy. I had nothing but problems with the owner Dmitry Kipervas when it came to scheduling and overcharges on the bill. The worst part: Kipervas changes cars like underwear and brags about being so rich, but when one of his installers got injured on the job, he had no Workman’s Comp and didn’t pay the hard-working Russian guy with a family to support. This business is sleazy all the way around.

My lawyer is sending a letter to make this jerk stop using my company in his advertising. Kipervas didn't return calls and is never in the office, so I wasn't able to ask directly.
