We contacte this company to assist us with our move.  After speaking to Annie in the sales department who was very friendly and assured us that our move would be smooth and accurate.  I repeatedly asked her to overestimate our moving weight since we did not want to run out of room.  Annie told me she put in what she thought was a comfortable estimate with "plenty of moving room".  Our estimated date of pick up was Dec 21 or Dec 22. 

On December 20th we receive a call from Dona S. telling us that the movers will be there December 21st between 8 and 10am.    By 4pm they had not shown up.  Finally at 8:15pm two tired and unprofessional movers showed up.  Since it was very late and my family was already asleep I asked them to come back early the next morning to complete my move.  They said that ther company was forcing them to show up that night and they had to make it at least look like they had started so they asked me to sign some paperwork.  They took absolutely no inventory. 

Next day they show up at 10 am with a 30 foot truck that was 1/2 to 3/4 full.  They were very slow moving and handled our things very carelessly.  When I saw the small amount of room I asked them if they thought they would be able to get all of my items from my 3 bedroom home into that space.  The movers reassured me that they were professionals and that they were confident they could fit it all.  At that time I also called "Dona S" from allstate who said, "maam, are they loading the truck?" and I said yes she told me that if they thought they could fit it all that I should not worry.  As the hours dragged by and little progress was being made I called Dona S again about 4pm and asked her again if they would be able to take all of our stuff. I got the same answer of, "maam. are they still loading?" to which I said yes and she told me that I just needed to wait.

Long story short it was 8 pm and they tell me they ran out of room.  They left nearly 1/2 of the items in my house. They did NOT assist me in getting another truck out to compelte my move.  I had to call a second moving company to help me get the rest of my house moved before my lease was up.  They told me the delivery span was dec 26-jan 4. It is now january 4th and I just received a call telling me the moving truck broke down and it may take 2-3 days to deliver.  We still have no delivery date and all of our most valuable items are on that truck. 

They have been unhelpful and I am worried sick about our items. I wish I would have sent them away when they arrived.  Now I just pray our things actually make it undamaged and in a reasonable amount of time.   I think this is a huge scamming company and I hope no one else suffers the same as my family has.
