All Steel Carports of Muncie Wrong length, came when they weren't supposed to, broke up some brick trim and didn't call back. Internet

I ordered a custom All Steel Carport on 5/31/2011 from the Muncie based business through ACE Hardware in Crawfordsville and they put it up on 6/9/2011. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing because ACE gave me one length and the next thing I know a woman from All Steel Carports gave me another length which I accept because it was shorter and would have been better since I don't have a whole lot of room around here. Even though the woman and I agreed on 16 foot long sides and a 17 foot long roof with an overhang, this company did what they damned pleased anyhow and brought 17 foot long sides and 18 foot long roof which they didn't even get on my marks.



And to add insult to injury the Mexicans that put this thing up showed up at 6am when it was still dark out instead of 7am or 7:30am according to what the woman on the phone told me.    The 2 Mexicans did not get my permission to bust up my brick trim for around a flower garden either. I'm unhappy with this bunch and if they are incapable of building custom carports, than they have no business building them.  



So this bunch at All Steel Carports need to make it right with me by shortening this thing.  As it is I have to drive my tractor through the renter's yard to it under the carport.  I talked to the woman again talking about shortening the carport and the last thing she said "Well, I'll have to talk to my general manager" and haven't heard back from them since.  I hope you can help.  All I'm wanting is to have this thing shortened after they didn't give me the shorter length that we agreed upon on the phone in the first place.
