All the big companies AT&T, Comcast, MGLW Unwilling Memphis

I just wanted to say that when the Government shut down many were affected. What saddens me is that I called AT&T, Comcast, MGLW to let them know that since the Government had shut down , we did not have a paycheck incoming, in turn we could not pay the bills on time. Every one of those companies did nothing to work with us. They all stated , well you have to pay and here is the late payment. As though we personally made the Government shut down because it was fun. The only company who worked with me was Directv!!! Directv actually helped us out a ton.

Comcast tried to sell me a larger package to "save " us some money. So I stated to the guy, unbelievable that I am calling to let you know we will be late and you are trying to get me to spend more money. Only Comcast...Don't call Comcast after 5 because you will be sent to the Phillipines. Those ladies there have done nothing to help. I called one night because we were having problems and we got disconnected. I call back and the lady that I got disconnected with..cut off my internet service. Comcast made me pay them to reinstate but they gave me credit on the next months bill. This was when the shutdown had just happened. YAY Comcast.

AT&T...I have been with them since 2004. They would not help period. Actually they were rude and would not work with me. AT&T if you are reading this...You are horrible for not working with me.

AT&T actually started calling (after I spoke with three different people about the shutdown, no money coming in) and they called continually. Its sad. Comcast did the same thing. Shame on both of you. I can't help that the Government shut down. For the love of God!!!

MGLW is another . They are so greedy it pathetic.

Point is, I called these companies in advance before the bills were due. Only Directv helped us. I was told we have to pay late fees because we were paying late. That I would not have minded if we were getting paid. Now we are a month behind in all but Directv. Thank you Directv!!! You other companies I have named..well lets just say you are greedy, selfish, and ignorant. You have forgotten the customers who pay your bills. Kind of like how the Government pays my husband to give  himself to protect us all. People are good enough to be deployed to protect you sorry excuses of a business, but Government shuts down, you turn a blind eye. Pathetic..
