This salon owner does not offer a signed contract in writting because she states that she would never evict a booth renter!! That is not her style, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!!

I rented a space from this salon for over a year. Salon owner allowed animals in the shop, and had allowed it to basically turn into a day care center for her favorite stylist.

Salon owner could not control the drama here. After many complaints about the atmosphere here, salon owner got very hostile and would not do anything about it. Come on, this is not Kinder Care, or Doggy World. Most stylists like a clean atmosphere.

Two stylists complained about all this, and they were both evicted. No notice, your stuff is backed and ready for pick up. You need your customer list too bad.

When 2 stylists complained about it, the owner called the stylist at home on a day she was to work and told her that she was not allowed in the shop. Owner packed stylists belonging and changed the locks before stylist could retreive her tools.

This salon has online booking, and would not allow stylist to retreive customer telephone numbers in order for stylist to call customers to let them know what had happened.

Why would you allow one stylist to continually add such drama to your shop? People know about Rip Off Report. Don't you realize that we can let people know what kind of business you run!!

What stylist would pay you booth rent, and trust you at your word, and then you get a hair (you know where) and decide you want to through them out of your shop.

Any stylist that is thinkiing of renting space from this place, BEWARE!

Owner has no idea of business. If you can't make your rent, your car is repossed, don't you think the better idea is to handle the problems you have to keep your income coming in?

DAH!!!

Thanks RIP OFF REPORT for allowing us to get the word out.

Why would you do this to a stylist after you take their booth rent? Is this the way you would run a business. Then you advertise that you need booth renters.

Don't these salon owners realize when you do this to a stylist that the word get around? Why would you advertise you need renters when you pull this stuff?

I guess it is true what they say! "I doesn't take much to amuse an idiot".

The person who wrote this rip off report was a stylist at All the Rage salon for a brief period of time. She was the only stylist that has ever been 'evicted'. Any drama in the shop was entirely related to and cause by her; the fact that she accuses anyone else of any drama is absurd. The owner of the salon is a very reasonable and trust worthy person who has never done anything as rash as to evict multiple stylists simply for complaining about pets in the salon. Don't believe this b.s. and keep in mind that anyone can write anything about anyone online, no matter how untrue.

I can not believe that this kind of website is even legal. You take statments from people who are not even mentally stable and drug using. You have allowed a great company to be slammed on the internet with out even checking the resource! I want the rip off report for " All the Rage Salon" removed! If the person who had made the origanal report would had been credibly and the complaint was legitamant it would be understandable. But not one word of that report was true! Try Doing some investigating first! REMOVE THAT REPORT!

Katie Lovato, Sherri's Hair, All The Rage and now Lido's-Who will she victimize next?

Definitely consider this woman's psychological profile before believing that so many clients would keep All The Rage as their salon of choice in Littleton for so many years (like myself) and suddenly one person comes in and the place is ruined? It's a terrible place? I disagree. It stood LONG before Katie and will continue to be successful LONG AFTER Katie. Stylists who step on others to get ahead will reap what they sow in the end. Stealing other peoples clients or walk/phone in's, trying to specifically destroy their business. GET A LIFE "Kathleen" or whatever alias you are using this time! HairColorQueen, etc.

I am a former employee of All The Rage Salon. I worked there as an independent stylist (booth renter) for over 2 years.

This salon is an established "neighborhood" salon in which the clients have been frequenting this place for over 9 years. The owner is a very well-known business man in the area and his daughter runs the shop. And mom is the receptionist for the busier days in the salon so the stylists don't have to leave their clients and answer phones or make appointments.

As a booth renter in ANY salon, you are able to come and go as you please. As with any booth rental establishment you are expected to respect the other booth renters and clean up after yourself and supply your own products and equipment to do your job.

In the case of the "ripoff report" this is strictly coming from a disgruntled employee. I also had the opportunity to work with this disgruntled employee in another location and know her background well. This person has been fired from or quit several booth rental jobs in the area and her reputation proceeds her. She was a negative entity from day one. Instigating drama and being disrespectful and openly vulgar amongst the clientele that came into the salon. There were many complaints regarding her behavior towards the employees and the clientele - thus reason being why she was fired.

To defend All The Rage Salon - In all the years of residing in this location - the owner has never had to change locks or pack up a stylist's items until now. Due to threats from the disgruntled employee upon notice of being terminated.

When I read this "ripoff" online - I called All The Rage to ask about the mention of animals in the salon because in my two years of working there I had never seen an animal in there. It was brought to my attention, that the disgruntled employee told a client "go ahead - bring your dog inside - we are a dog-friendly salon". So this disgruntled employee is actually admitting that she went against State Board Policy by allowing a client to have a dog inside the salon.

I would only like to ask that people "consider the source" when reading complaints from a former employee - because there are always other angles to a painted picture.

There is always two sides to the story

AUTHOR: Brian Bates - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 20, 2008

I am a business owner neighboring All the Rage and would like to let people know about what nice people own and operate this salon. I have known the owner and key stylists since they have opened about three years ago and can say that they are very nice people, run a requtable, clean, and well organized business. I have always felt very welcome coming to the salon and would not believe what Vicky has to say about it.

I know that sometimes people leave with harsh feelings from their jobs but I don't agree with going online and trashing the reputation of the business and it's employees. It shows a lack of class on the employee's part and treads on legal waters that can become ugly.

Without spreading hearsay, I would say that my observation concerning Vicky's comments are this: In every business there is a drama queen or king that believe's that everyone in the company is messed up and she/he knows it all. I'm sure everyone has dealt with this kind of person at work. I can tell you as a business owner, it is a very difficult and stressful challenge to be successful, especially when you have employees that are trying to undermine your efforts. If they know how to do it so well, then why don't they open their own shop?

Vicky is definitely one of these queens that knows it all and I would give no credibility to what she has said in this report. She is just continuing with the behavior that got her invited to leave All the Rage in the first place.

Katie Lovato/ Lido Hair Salon

AUTHOR: All The Rage Salon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 20, 2008

Katie is an ex employee of All the Rage Salon. She is now a booth renter at Lido Hair Salon. Katie was asked to leave All the Rage salon in October due to problems she had created with other renters and clients. Katie had expressed there were no hard feelings at the time of her departure. All her client inquires have been referred to her current location. We are unaware of any current difficulties and unhappiness that may be going on with her that makes her want to lash out at All the Rage Salon.

Thank you,

Current staff of All the Rage Salon
