ALL TUNE AND LUBE TOTAL RIPOFF AND DECEPTION WHEN PRESENTING FRANCHISE AGREEMENT MILLERSVILLE Maryland

I was looking for a franchise to invest in. All tune and lube contacted me with what seemed to be a great investment. They made promises and told me that I would make more money then I've ever seen before.

John Kelly called me and told me that he would set me up with someone to to do a SBL "small business loan". But, before all this could happen, I needed to send them an $11,000 "good faith deposit. They told me that they would fed ex me a copy of the franchise agreement and that I would have it by 10 am the next business day and that they would have fed ex pick it up at 5 pm. With all the promises and talks we had had, I felt pretty comfortable. I sent the $11,000 (I put it on a citibank credit card)and waited. They told me that the SBL would be completed before the first payment due, and that I would just pay it off from that.

A guy contacted me and was doing a "home equity loan" as directed by John Kelly. I told him I would not do a home equity loan. I told him that I was told this would be a sbl loan. John called me later and told me that I would have to do the loan cause I have already paid the deposit and would not get it back otherwise. I have refused, and they will not refund the deposit.

They also tried to get me to sign a lease for a building that was occupied by someone that was not interested in vacating the place. He is in the process of taking his own action on this.

This company is nothing but a rip-off and I can give you names of All Tune and Lube franchise owners that I have compiled that agree. I am in the process of getting certified affadavids to help me in this case from many of these individuals.
