All Tune And Lube overcharged and did not give me invoice of repair done. Rip-off! Wilmington California

I took both my vehicals to have repair work done. First I took my truck to have a Major tune-up. They told us that the sparks plugs in there were the wrong ones and that the wires were melted to the engine. To find out they did not replace them at all and cleaned them up. they also could not figure out why my brake light stayed on so they disconnected it.

The whopper is I had my Van engine diaonostic checked. I was told that I needed my Catalytic Converter replaced. I got no invoice with labor done and charges. My light came back on so they did the retainer clips and etc. One month later I took it to my father-in-laws mechanic. Which they did the whole job over again. My mechanic told me that they overcharged me for a rebuild part. So basiclly I got ripped-off!!!!

It is now under new management.
