An insteresting twist on All watches on Sale Allwatchesonsale and companies above. When you go to www.allwatchesonsale.com it now takes you to signatureluxury.com Hmmm, think they are trying to cover their tracks. Please read all my info for the complete scoop on these companies. Also found this on pricegrabber yesterday.

They cancelled my order. I have never had any problems ordering from other companies via the internet. I should have read the reviews before I ordered, thats my own fault.

Company is still up to its old tricks.

Paying the price. Listing on here and other websites has obviously at least annoyed this crook. I received an email. What nerve this scumbag has:

I now have a case on these companies with Broward County Consumer Affairs. It was referred to this agency by the Miami-Dade Consumer Services Department. Browards County Consumer Affairs info is 115 S. Andrews Avenue, Annex Room 460, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301 Reference Complaint Luxury Tree from The Miami-Dade Consumer Services Department. Please everyone file. Let's get these companies and John Kelvin off the internet and off the streets.

I am providing my case numbers to anyone who may be experiencing with a refund or replacement or shipment of items purchased from All watches on Sale or Luxury Tree. Please see info below and hopefully this will assist with resolution of your problems. It did with me and I want all of you to get what is right also.

For those of you who may have an issue with All Watches on Sale Allwatchesonsale or Luxury Tree luxurytree. The following are the case numbers I have with the FTC and Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If you file and I think you should please feel free to reference these numbers in the appropriate reports. The websites are for the US FTC ftc.gov file/case #Re: FTC Ref. No. 9849292 and for Florida site is with IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center ic3.gov Complaint ID # I0701181629593772. Florida's info is Contact person, Reference # 0701-01744/TRR. The saga continues. I've heard back for the FTC, but did not know of any other people who this had happened to. I'm for filing, if you want the website info let me know and somehow we'll manage off line. All four companies use the same search engine listing company too. Allwatchesonsale, All Watches on Sale, Luxurytree Luxury Tree, Wineultra Wine Ultra and Jewelry Ultra Jewelry Ultra have been kicked off of: Yahoo Shopping, Pricegrabber, Nextag, Bizrate, Pricescan. And there are two of the same situations on Pricegrabber that we have. Let's do something? I will provide you my case number with the FTC for referencing if you all want to actually get this creep: John Kelvin. So, I'm up for this. It only takes a few minutes to go to the FTC site and complain. I've called nearly everyday, have sent info through Google Checkout and through my emails. I'm building a case, I would so appreciate anyone else helping me (and all of use out).
