All Your Leads Needs Franklin Lujan plagiarist, fraudulent, liar Corona California

My company approached Franklin Lujan of "All Your Leads Needs" about revamping our website and then initiating a mass email marketing campaign. When Franklin finally gave us a sample of our landing page it was the exact same website as our competitor. Same pics, verbage, colors, completely identical. We asked him to change it and start from scratch. It took him about one month to get anything back from him and, when we did, the design was ridiculously terrible, peppered with pics that are unrelated to our business, and improper verbage. 

We gave him another chance, and not much had changed, not to mention we paid for a a four-page website, only received one page, and its been months. We decided to not go forward with the email campaign considering his lack of effort, communication, raw talent, and work ethic- not to mention, our website didn't end up being revamped. He refuses to reimburse us the full amount, or even half of both services. 

Please do not sign the contract, there has an arbitration clause that makes it costly and difficult to legally pursue complications!

All in all, Franklin put us at risk intiially with trying to give us the exact website as our (much larger) competitor, he put such little effort into one page of a website, and it took way too long. He does not stand behind his work, hes a terrible communicator, and absolutely lies. He's looking for the next easy buck to make, and eventually his reputation will run him into the ground.
