Bought concert tickets 3 months ago, have not recieved them, after hearing the news that my dad died, i realized i was unable to make the concert. I purchased tickets the 25th of May 2014 to see linkin park, 30 seconds to mars, and AFI in Dallas TX on 09/06/2014. I have called numerous of times to ask when i would have my tickets, and the only answer i've ever gotten is not to worry id get them before the concert. It has now been 3 months and i haven't seen any tickets. I called and asked for a refund seeing as how i havent recieved any tickets and also because i have to fly back to europe/denmark where my dads funeral will take place, and won't be back in america until 09/17/2014, where i got told they wouldn't be able to do that because the terms and conditions i agreed upon. When i tried explaining that my dad had just died in Europe/denmark, they only offered to give me $400 out of $1,013.84 i spent buying tickets with them so that means that they keep the tickets, only give me $400 back, and keep over $600 as a TIP!!!?? When i asked why they would only give me 400 back, they said it was because they are taking a chance by buying them back from me and them not getting sold. Where i told him Josh (manager) that i also took a risk when spending that much money on tickets from a place i've never heard of. The only information i've ever got about when i would be getting my tickets was:
1. they weren't sure because they were sold out, and didn't know when they would have more, but that i ''should'' have them before the concert on 09/06/2014 which is they day of.

2. again that i ''should'' have them before 09/06/2014.

3. they told me again they were sold out, and that i ''should'' get them before the concert. When i threatened to call my bank and dispute the charge because of the horrible customer service, they tell me all of the sudden that they would have tickets today 08/25/2014, and that they were going to ship them out, and after that they wouldn't be able to help me anymore. Even after me explaining that my dad had just died, and i'm not going to be able to make it to the concert regardless.

For documentation for my bank, before they are able to help, i need everything confirmed me and allaccesstickets.com have talked about on the phone. I sent them an email explaining that my bank needed that documentation, where Josh the manager tells me that if i want to talk then i can call, and if i dont call, then they are supposidly going to go ahead and send the tickets. He says that if i call he can record the call and just send the recording to me.. Who is he to say that he would actually do that.. Allaccesstickets is a scam, they have horrible customer service, save your time and money and just STAY AWAY..

There is pages of complaints about this ''company'' all over the internet, of people getting cheated, and even one man who got told the exact same thing as i got told, and was also getting threatened by allaccesstickets.com, saying that if he didn't take his reviews down, that they were going to sue him for ONE MILLION DOLLARS. They're excuse for that was because of him putting the review up that he did that they lost ONE MILLION off of it.. people who have gotten the wrong concert tickets, there has been people who have opened up the pack from them and its been empty. I don't know what else to do besides contact the BBB and leaving my review on every site their name is mentioned hoping it will prevent a lot of others from going through the same.
