Allan Zeigler And Zeigler Livestock ripped me off STOLE MY DEPOSIT, Zeigler requires a 50% CASH deposit for service, took deposit and did NOT complete contract in time designated and will not give MY deposit back Britt Iowa

Allan Zeigler aka Zeigler Livestock requires a contract and CASH deposit of 50% of the contract amount. I sent him a signed contract AND $250 to move a filly for me. The contract specifically named THREE days in October 2004 he would be picking this filly up.

HE NEVER DID. I continued to attempt contact with him to find when he would complete the contract. He refused to answer ANY of my long distance phone calls on both his business (home) number and his cell phone numbers or my emails. I begged him on his voice mail and answering machines to let me know something. Let me know when and IF he would fill the contract.

OCTOBER my contract was for--OCTOBER came and went and NOVEMBER came in too. Zeigler would NOT give me any information or talk to me at all, leaving me to only assume what was going on. I had NO way of knowing IF he was still in business AND WHY HE WOULD NOT TALK TO ME.

I was forced by time to hire another company to move my filly. After repeated phoning I contacted someone else who had ZEIGLERS phone and PERSONALLY terminated the contract and requested my money refunded in full. This person said he would immediately tell ZEIGLER.

I also followed up with an email terminating the contract and requesting my money IN FULL. Zeigler sent me an email telling me my money HAD BEEN MAILED to me. His girlfriend, Rebecca, also sent me an email stating my money HAD BEEN MAILED TO ME.

The new company I hired told me to notify a horse directory and tell this person what ZEIGLER did to me. So trying to help fellow consumers I sent an email to this lady. She directly forwarded my email to ZEIGLER whom immediately began phoning my house and threatened my person. HE THREATENED and BELITTLED me. Saying that HE WOULD SUE ME FOR SLANDER AND PUT A LEIN ON MY HORSES.

I finally told him that if he phoned my house ONE MORE time I would have a restraining order placed on him.

A week later I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY MONEY and I asked him again in an email if he HAD MAILED MY MONEY. He said I WOULD NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK. I reported him to the BBB-who now has him listed as unresponsible in his response to them and closed my case as UNRESOLVED. I also reported him the attorney generals office and then he wrote another response stating that I HAD BETTER DROP IT OR HE WAS GOING TO SUE ME FOR LOST WAGES. The THREATS NEVER STOP WITH THIS GUY.

I advise anyone to stay away from this guy. He threatens me regularly AND stole my $250....Don't get hung up on the deposit thing...by the way if they have YOUR horse--why do they NEED a cash deposit too? The NEW company I hired does NOT accept DEPOSITS!!!! DEPOSITS are LOST MONIES. BE WARNED.

You need to post what he did to you on the horse web sites he advertise's on. He sold me 3 horse that were not dead broke, as he told me and i have had to send them to a trainer , but i fear they will never be safe to ride, the one mare had 32 bite marks on her . Be glad he did not ship your horse.

We have a signed contract that states that we charge a cancelation fee and the horse did not have a clean bill of health so we would not transport it

Allan knows all about restraining orders!! Cherie if you need any extra information about Allan you can contact me anytime. I have been waiting so long for someone to put Allan in his place. He needs to get his own!!! Allan has stolen lots of money from people. I hope you stop him. I want to have a front row seat at his sentencing!!!! Becky is know better. Is she now his girlfriend, secretury, house keeper, or "b***h". I guess it depends on the day. If you want your money back take him to court. He hasn't been in that one yet!!!!!

Sorry but at this time it was clearly stated on our signed contract that we have a $250 per horse cancelation fee. The horse was sick & the vet would not give a health papers on this horse . So we could not transport a horse across state lines with out it it is against the law.
