i ordered a painting from allartclassic.com. 30 days later, i wondered where my shipment was. i went on allartclassic.com to track the package through my account but no tracking info was available with my order. When i inquired by email, they gave me a tracking number that revealed that the painting left their warehouse a few hours AFTER i inquired. in otherwords, allartclassic.com forgot to mail the painting and only mailed it when they learned of the mistake. When i asked for some break on the very expensive shipping charges, they cancelled my account without explanation. Trying to call, you just get a message machine... so although allartclassic.com boast the best customer service in the industry, my experience so far has been that they are the worst. I still don't have the painting... nor a refund... nor an explanation.

The person who posted this scam report is perhaps someone from a competion company who is not happy with their diminishing business. Posting fake negative reprots like this definitely is not the proper way to attract more customers and if this is some David from 1st-Art-Gallery.com who is doing it, then all the other affected businesses should take the proper legal action against this practice.
Reporting this abuse from 1st-Art-Gallery.com to Google is also an option. The search giant could certainly put penalties to websites using unfair competition methods. I would also suggest to Ripoffreport administrators to check each report and verify it's authenticity before publishing lies on their own website.

It is absplutely fake report. The company has never received or fulfilled orders for this person who wrote this review. First I thought to leave it, but then I decided to let the public about this outright lie. The person who wrote this negative review does not even exists, and I'm sure the final goal is to harm our reputation. Perhaps it is someone from the competition but anyway, our customers know the truth and the quality of our products has always been known worldwide.
