When I signed up with allcoolmusicinc, I thought I was signing up with another program called I Tunes. When I recovered that I made a mistake, I e-mailed this company and requested a refund. I received several nasty e-mails from Jon Adams in accounting about what a pest I was and he would send a refund. This refund never made it to me. I have been waiting since 10/6/2006. ANother person named Neil in the accounting department e-mailed me about the redund and he stated that he could not find my confirmation#, so originally I made a copy of their confirmationletter with the number of my account on this, I fax'ed and made a PDF file and e-mail all info that they requested, so far, I have not heard from anyone. I have made a file of all my correspondence(about 20 copies of e-mails)to have as proof. If anyone can help me get my refund, I would so pleased. Thank you. Joann Caruana
