Alled Waste Republic Services Allied Waste Republc Services Roll off services/Dumpster look carefully at the contract! Chula Vista California

This is the biggest mistake! My mom had their service for at least 15 years at the same address.  I asked them to bring add a recycle bin to the service and they did... When they dropped it off I signed for it (I believe this is when they obtained my signature)... Little did I know I was signing a 3 year contract with never ending hikes that were completely arbitrary and up to the companies whim with (NO CAP on raises)  since that drop off a few years ago my bill just keeps going up.

I called Waste Management who will come out for 1/2 the price but am told I can't get out of my Allied waste /Republic service contract.   So I call Allied Waste office and talk to Marisol who is very rude!  she faxes me the contract and it comes in all blurry like it was a fax from a fax perhaps.  I called her to tell her I could not read it and to email it to me... She does not.  I call her 2 or 3 times to email it to me I just leave messages because she now ignores my calls.   I then call her supervisor Bill Norman who has yet to get back to me but in all fairness it has not been 24 hours.

Be very careful with this company because you may start with a $150.00 bill and end up with a $300.00 bill within your contract period and it appears you have no recourse.  This should be illegal and I would not EVER knowingly sign a 3 year contract without rate hike caps.  NEVER would I do that (I'm a fine print reader)  and so my belief is that there may be something fishy with the contract as in I did not sign exactly what they are presenting via very blurry fax. Or, when I signed simply for the drop off and they included a contract in the pages that I missed due to the hurry everyone is in at the dop off.

I just want OUT! I feel like a hostage to this company...What might my bill be like next month?  maybe $500.00 a month?
