Allegiance Communications/Cable Double bills and extorts customers Shawnee Oklahoma

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in almost 20 years of business! We have a senior apartment property in a town served only by Allegiance. This seems to be their niche since they could not possibly compete with ANY other provider. Customer service is nonexistent. If they schedule a work order and the repair doesn't work, you have to get back in the que for a return trip. Worse, they have repeatedly threatened to cut off our service though the bill is paid timely each month. Their favorite trick is to send a technician out to either collect the money they say is due or to cut off service right then. They give no warning so that you can work out any dispute, they just show up at door demanding balance PLUS resonnect fee. After the first couple of times, the technician finally started calling us in advance so that we could send proof of payment to company. They require both front and back of cancelled check as proof, so too bad if the check hasn't been returned yet. The tech told me he was leaving as soon as he found anything else becasue the company was such a cluster - he is now gone. We sent the required proof and they said it was probably too late to stop disconnect. I finally had to threaten to sue them (since unlike individual customers, I have a business contract) before they would even listen to me. I can only imagine how they must run over the individuals they "serve." We have emailed the CEO and written letters of complaint, but received no response. Still, about once a month they call to threaten to cut us off over our "delinquent" bill and we have to go back through the proof of payment process all over.
