Allegiant airlines Follow the rules and they steal your money. Internet

I book travel they allegiant air. Bought the trip flex which I suppose to protect you if you need to change or cancel flight. I cancelled my flight and decided to drive home instead.. I went online cancelled my flight. I called to redeem credit and they told me I was a no show and they were keeping my $150.00 airplane ticket.. I explained I cancelled within their time frame and they said no because It didn't show on their end of the system. My word against theirs, I loose my money.. Don't bother buying trip flex, it doesn't protect you.

ALSO, there's no way to contact customer service retention by phone email only, can take up to 4-6 weeks for a response. Calling the 702 number sat on hold for 53 minutes before they told me no. Live chats average wait is 35 minutes disconnectes you at 18 minutes remaining... Be very careful if you decide to travel allegiant air. TONS of hidden fees, service charges and if you need help its almost impossible to speak to a live person.. Be warned very scandalous airlines. Not worth the savings over other bigger airline companies..
