This was written by a W2 employee who agreed to forego all renewal commissions for an increase in hourly wage. 

He was a licensed, good employee.  He began working another busienss on the side...and we paid him for months giving him opportunities to increase his sales, to no avail. We had to let him go due to performance. He never quit.

To our surprise, he immediately posted this on ripoffreport.  His area manager visited with him and had an open and frank discussion. He admitted it was a mistake and should not have done so and that he wrote this in haste.  Nothing in his statements regarding fraud or misrepresentation are accurate.  We have never had more than 6 agents at one time. The office we had could never even handle 15 agents.  The agents are licensed and we sell mutliple carriers (over 12).  We carefully work with our clients and make sure that every aspect of thier insurance needs are met. 

We have over 8,000 clients on record and we have received ZERO complaints or problems with customers, state DOI's, CMS or the insurance carriers.  We maintain a strong customer service and retention team.  We proundly carry an A+ rating with BBB.  If we were a fraudulent company doing all these things, we would have been out of business a long time ago.  Medicare is highly regulated.

This agent has been given fair warning to cease and desist all pracatices of libel, slander and demanation and has ageed to do such.  We have not had any further issues with him since the time of this post.
