 I bought a "New" truck from Allen Samuels Dodge in Tyler, TX in 2012, i noticed it had 1500 miles on it so i asked them and they said it had been traded between dealers and claimed it had not been used as a demo or anyting else, I have had several problems out of this truck over the 2 year period i have owned it so i pulled the CarFax report on it. Guess what, an employee had been fired and stole the truck, kept it for 3 weeks, i went to the dealer about this and they claimed they knew nothing about it until i showed them the police report with the VIN on it and they said they would check in to it. Well they called me and had me go up there and acted like they were going to make it right, all they were really trying to do is sell me a new truck for more than i originally paid for mine. I would advise against anyone doing business with this dealer, they refuse to make it right so i am getting a lawyer involved as well as Ram Corporate.
