-Awful service, in the service dept. -Was told that the alternate method of repairing our vehicle required a "very skilled mechanic" and that they did not have one that could it. -Charged $100 as a deductible fee for the work that been done, although the problem was not resolved. -Took our vehicle to a Personal Mechanic referred by a family member. Resolved the problem in 24 hrs, for $140.00.

Allen Samuels offered to fix the problem, for $498.00 in addition to the $100 deductible. -To top everything off, the part that was installed by Allen Samuels, and that we were charged $100.00, was installed INCORRECTLY, and the mechanic had to correct their mistake. -Save your time, money and sanity. Avoid this place. Support your local small business owners. I should have from the start.
