Allen Samuels Dodge Katy Crappy Service Internet

I took my 07 dodge ram 2500 into allen samuels dodge katy for a new u-joint.  Now granted I knew the u-joint was bad, I had crawled under the truck to see what was wrong with it and discovered the bad u-joint.  It had leaked out all of its grease and left a stain on the underside of the truck.  I even walked in with a picture of said u-joint.  After waiting for 4 hours I was told the u-joint was good and the vibration i felt was because I had all terrain tires.  (complete bs the truck started doing the vibration that day, I had had all terrain tires on it since the day i purchased it)   I took it to the allen samuels dodge in houston the next day, and guess what the u joint was bad.  what if the ujoint had broken and my drive shaft dropped and caused an accident?  I will never go back to this place and pity those who do, they have terrible service, the one in houston on the south loop is so much better.
