Allen Samuels Fiat Waco Fiat Chrysler Corp. They sold me a vehicle I informed them that I wanted all premium features they left out the navigation. Tried to exclaim it was a part of the sale later charged me for the navigation chip. Waco Texas

 I was sold a 2017 Fiat Spider Lusso at Allen Samuels Fiat of Waco on the 23rd of July 2016. The vehicle I was being sold was exclaimed to me to have all the premium upgrades upon inspecting the vehicle it seemed everything was in order. I was told that day that the vehicle had all abilities later after taking home the vehicle I found that the vehicle had been missing it's navigational abilities. I contacted the dealership the same day as purchase and the dealer in question Tyler Martinez had explained to me that he would contact his superiors reguarding the matter and see if the chip could be ordered. About a week and a half later the chip had been ordered and was in at the dealership.

Nobody had known yet wether or not the chip was part of the deal or if it was going to be charged to me when the chip arrived after the question came about they decided to charge me for the navigation chip. I filed several complaints with Fiat online about the occurance and the fact that I asked for all the premium features upon the purchase of the vehicle and I was given nothing but a run around about a part. Overall I ended up paying $368 for the chip in addition to financing the vehicle which should have already came with it... I am not satisfied as a Customer and I feel as though I have been taken advantage of by this dealership...
