We took our MiniVan in to Allen Samuels Dodge to have it "checked out" with a couple issues and a recall.
The Service advisor informed us there would be a $95 Service Charge to have the car looked at.
Well, nobody likes that, but we said ok.
Service advisor calls and lets us know the rate to fix the issues, which we decline as we feel it is too high.
Service advisor also lets us know that they can not do the recall as they do not have the parts.
We go in to pick up our minivan, they now tell us it is $190 for the service charge. That it is $95 per each item they look at. This is not what we were told, I am sure of this. Basically you have to pay this or you do not get your car back!
What a joke, this on a vehicle with 62,000 miles. It is not hard to see why there are multiple issues with this company on ripoff report and bbb. I wish I had check this out prior to taking it to Allen Samuels.
