Allen Sprang Jaws II Charters Illegally Stopped Payments after Services Were Delivered and Ripped Me Off Two Rivers, Wisconsin

Allen Sprang contacted me in March to purchase data and email lists so he could send Direct Mail and E Market his Charter Boat Fishing Services. I delivered everything on March 3rd, 2010 and did additional work for him at no costs because he is not capable of making an advertisement with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. I also consulted with him on what programs to purchase to send the emails and he downloaded a Free Trial of these whilst we were on the phone. I did not charge him for any extra work or time and he paid me via PAYPAL after I had delivered everything and not before I delivered his order in full via email. I called him then and he said he received everything and thanks and that is when he paid me via my PayPal Account. He called me some weeks later and informed me that he is unable to open the Ad I did for him, which it is in a .jpg or JPEG Format, and I advised him after many attempts to get some help because it is a very common file type and he just couldn't figure it out. He then asked me to send out his emails for him and I informed him that this is not possible and he should buy the program he downloaded and/or hire someone or have a friend or relative help him. He said he would and agreed that I had done enough and the rest was up to him.

About a month later, Allen tried to cancel his Payment through PayPal by accusing me of having unauthorized access into his account. PayPal denied his claim because I am located more than 1,500 miles away and couldn't posibly have done such a thing.

On May 5th at 2AM, Allen must have been drunk and initiated another chargeback contending that the goods were damaged that I sent. I never sent any goods but had sent Intellectual Property. I am now contesting the chargeback with PayPal and have sent them evidence supporting the delivery and extra work done out of the goodness of my heart.

I would not trust Allen because he drinks and is not capable of telling the truth in business. He lied to his credit card company and others to get his way and I am certain he would lie about anything to get his way in ripping anyone off. He comes across as a nice guy but do not let him pay you with a check or a credit card. Both will go bad on you.
