Allergan, Inc. Latisse BOGUS Buy One Get One Offer on Latisse is a FRAUD Irvine, California

I got an email offer from my doctor's office regarding a buy one get one deal from Latisse so I went and got one.  I thoroughly read and followed the instructions on the rebate form so I submitted the whole form (versus cutting in half) and as an added precaution, stapled the receipt and the UPC barcode on to the sheet to prevent it being separated  and/or lost in the receiving mail room.
I patiently waited for the free Latisse until the sixth week, at which point I tried calling the 877 number provided in the rebate form.  The call went into a voice box and I never got a call back.  I repeated my calls several times but no one ever picks up on the other end.  It felt like I was calling a dead drop box.
I finally called my doctor's office and they got through to someone who told them to have me fax a copy of the submitted form, so I did immediately. Of course, I kept a copy of my submission just in case of a rip off!
I never got any acknowledgement from anyone, never got the Latisee and to this day, this company has not shown any sign of doing the right thing by their customers.  I have researched blog sites and apparently I am not the only victim of this fraud.  They have totally ripped me off!!!!
