 Purchased a small electronic item that was defective and poor quality. I contacted the seller and told me to return, but although I have a recpt for return, they are denying that they recvd product and its been 3 weeks.

They had hinted by email that they were going to not refund because I didnt have a tracking number, but a recpt number.

These people dont honor their word, and their products they sell online are of such poor quality, that you would be throwing your money in the trash. Buy elsewhere.

Fortunately it wasnt a huge amount lossed, but why buy with people who dont honor their word and sell junk online.
