I became one of the many fish that took the bait in March of 2005 when I was contacted by an Alliance business analyst.

I signed up the following month and signed their Non-Exclusive Business agreement which specifically stated that I would receive a full refund after 12 months, if they didn't introduce any potential buyers. At that time, I was told that they already had 2 interested potential buyers.

After going through an audit of my firms financials and providing other confidential documentation, and after 3 months I finally received the Evaluation Booklet from Business Evaluation Systems, Appraisers and Consultants (Mrs. Kristen Abraham) located @ P.O. Box 1262, Dickinson, Texas 77539, with another address @ 210 South Third Street, Raton, New Mexico 87740.

Alliance never brought any potential buyers to me, which prompted me to request my refund with several phone calls and 2 letters to Mr. Hicks. Basically, I was ignored an ultimately directed to their legal counsel under the name of Haynsworth, Sinkler Boyd, P.A.

When contacting them, I was told that they no longer represented Alliance.

The saga appears to have had many victims with the same scenario.

After more fruitless calls, I finally received a Fed-ex letter a few days ago, simply stating that no refund was due to me, while citing a paragraph from the agreement that clearly states the very opposite. The offered recourse was stated as being "Arbitration".
I am not able to use the appropiate words that would adequately describe this fraudulent scam cast on so many.

Alliance must not only be stopped immediately from continuing their deceptive practices, but also be punished to the fullest extent possible. I wish to join any group and or class action endeavors persued by other victims.
Please contact me.

Nice rebut Wendy, The group is now so large there is not much left for you all to do, not even run, cuz they will find you. Just talked to 5 more people just from this web site today. Very sad stories but all the same, I can tell them before they tell me. All the employees that are gone are now seeing the light and singing like birds, and guess who will go down?

RH we are all there and watching, you will pay for what you have done!!!

The funding names that were sent are a fictitious

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 27, 2006

I called the names that were sent to me in March 2006 and called to find out what kind of funding was avaiable and the men that I talked to said they never agreed to fund anything and told AAA to take their name off the(fictitious)list.
How does Randy Hicks think that a list like this--meets Alliance Acquisitions obligations. These people didn't want anything to do with AAA and will write letters saying so. We did not receive a investor or a buyer lead. Qualified or not. No leads-nothing!!!

READ THE CONTRACT

AUTHOR: Leslie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 26, 2006

Good mornin y'all. I also got a copy of the contract and some from alliance's competition. Interestingly enough, they all look the same, and are all written in PLAIN ENGLISH. Now common folks, admit that you rarely read a contract, but sign it like sheep.

What is different 'bout this one is there is no writing on the back that you have to read - 'tis all on the front. I'm not too good at this technology stuff, but my wife says I gotta come into the 20th century. But I do know the law after 30 years and this contract is good, or it would not be used by a passel of folks.

Got some more info on those acquisitions fellows, seems that Leslye was wrong about how many businesses they sold last year, better get your facts straight or you gonna look real foolish in court. Did some checkin on that transmission place too and you may want to take a look at them before y9ou sign up for any class action suit. Also, seems some fella in californiais in trouble with the police in ga, something 'bout threatenin kids and stalking.

Still wonderin about where they gettin all their "2000". My brother is a detective and I asked him to look into this matter and to let me know. Don't like criminals of any sort, but like tweaking the noses of both sides. 'aint no frined of them acquisitions folks and aint defendin them. Bt y'all gotta learn how to read. Truth detector be watching all of you and I be back. Have a good day!

The fine print is the killer

AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 25, 2006

I have seen the contract language of the Alliance Acquisition contract and that of other companies that do similar businesses. They are all the same. They say the same thing. Every single one of them.

The language is specific and the devil is in the details. Apparently they do not talk about the clause ,or qualified funding source, and the owners of Alliance Acquisitions hang their hat on that little clause.

Pay attention to the details, but the owners should still be held to ethical and moral standards and if a class action lawsuit will do the trick then more power to you.
