I have asked many times for a refund after the famous Fed-Ex letter was sent out. I was told not to call, but I do anyway. Randy Hicks has my check for $4000.00 and has not sent me one lead to sell this business.

I have written letters to the Attorney Generals of our State and the State of GA. I have called the DA in Cobb County GA. I have tried to get a hold of the Sheriff Department and have left messages, but have not received a call back.

I did call the FBI and five minutes later they called me with some help. I have talked to the CIA and am hoping that we are hot on the trail of Randy Hick and Associates.

I have filed a report on rip-off.com but I can't find it on the web. Where could it have gone. They report is the same as the rest you read and this could all go away if Randy would just honor the contract.

"Monroe" and other ALliance Responses

AUTHOR: Sponge - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 26, 2006

Sitting back and reading the post i have found it almost pathetic when it comes to the response from Alliance. For instance, "Monroe". First of all, if you were a client you would have not received the emails from Clark Curtis in which you state in your post. These were sent to Alliance directly. The satisfied clients that Alliance do have, they have no idea this website even exist or that there are any problems occuring with this company. To whom ever is responding in Alliance behalf, please do your self a favor and just dont respond at all because you are making yourself and proving to everyone what a real dumb*** you are.

It is entertainment just to get on and read your responses because you do such a poor job at it. And it is so obvious it is all *&*&*. Instead of wasting your time responding to the post on here, utilize your time to doing something ethical for yourselves, the clients you screwed, ex employees, and for your own familes who have been dragged into this because posting on here does not change the fact that there are obviously hundreds who are out to put Alliance under and your bs post are not going to change that.

To whom ever posted about an ex employees son being a convicted rapist. What does that have to do with any of this? It is childish and non productive to your losing cause. I am sure whomever posted that which I am sure is Wendy herself, you should not throw bricks from a glass house. So feel free to post your rebuttal. I am up for a good laugh.

Randy's still trying to scam or save his butt.

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

I received a call from Randy Hicks from Alliance Acqisitions out of Marietta GA Aug 23 at 4:30 wanting me to keep my business listed with AAA----What a joke! Not one call from him until he should issue a check. Actually we should have been refunded a check 2 months ago. He still is trying to convince people that AAA is a legitimate business. I was hoping by now that he would be behind bars somewhere where he couldn't get to a phone and try to scam more small businesses I know the wheels of justice have to work slow.
