This is a warning to all insurance agents looking to work for this company and for consumers who are looking to purchase insurance products. I worked as a manager for this company for just over a year and was only paid partial commissions and received $0 overrides that were promised for my group of agents that I brought over, trained, and spent training dollars on. It is a large problem to myself that this happened but a small problem in the total picture. I served in the United States Army for nearly 7 years. The way they are treating fellow Americans and defrauding our government was not what I put my life on the line to protect.

Alliance and Associates groomes its internal agents to list incorrect information on their clients applications. This is done on a consistent basis and mass emails are sent explaining how to provide false information so that the application can be completed. All of this is done at the expense of the consumer. There were numerous calls and complaints of people filing their taxes and receiving large penalties because of this practice. Not only are they causing people fines on their tax returns, they are also putting everyone at risk each time they sign the application on www.healthcare.gov. What type of risk? The penalty of perjury. At the end of every application you sign and agree that all the information is done to the best of your knowledge and by not doing so, you are subject to the penalty of perjury.

Why would a company groom its employees to complete this act that only hurts the consumer. Greed. For the same reasons they have so many agents that have not received pay. Clients who get signed up for health insurance rarely have the ability to get help from their agents because most of them are laid off or terminated after enrollment is over.

This company has tens of thousands of clients. This is truly a frightening thing that is going on. Agents missing pay and soon getting terminated when pay is requested. Clients calling with complaints because they were fined hundreds or thousands of dollars because of incorrect information on their applications.
