Have had a terrible experience with company. Ive attempted to call several numbers and numbers do not work anymore. I ran into someone who also used them in St. Augustine as well and he had to drive to Orlando to try and fix his issues because they were not picking up the phone. From day # 1 the sales rep and I did not get along. He came to my location, promised me a set time for completion and got into a verbal altercation with me over paperwork. Being the system was already installed, I decided to still continue to do business with them. Have had many problems, but havent received any support. I had to contact the software company and credit card service company they set me up with for support. Once the support ran out and I switched credit card service companies I was screwed. Long story short I have lost tons of $$$ and time. I had to purchase a new system and I am in legal with the leasing company. I agreed to $284 for 48 month for 3 systems which has expired and they are still asking for me to either send back equipment, pay $1,100 or continue to pay my lease payment until I choose an option, which is not what my sales rep Eric advise me. They have changed their name and had to google them to find number and location which they operate. I do not know what leasing companies they are using now or anything about their other services besides pos system and credit cards but please be careful not to be scammed by Eric Smith and company Alliance Bundle or Point of Sale or RBS of South Florida LLC.
