Alliance Electronics Overpriced, Non OEM replacement, Poor Refurbishment Old Bridge New Jersey

I used their mail-in refurbishment services for my iPad Air that was dented / cracked.  First the representitive over the phone said that the LCD itself was broken upon arrival.  When in fact it was the merely the Glass digitzer.  They services they offered me were way overpriced especially in comparaison to an ebay repair service that one would generally use.  The representitive over the phone said that the parts they offered were directly from an OEM manufacturer and an ebay repair service would use a replacement that would malfunction over the course of a couple months.  He assured me I would be happy with their services.  

So I got my item back (A week after expected repair date) and saw a small clipping between the aluminum casing the front LCD Glass.  I found this odd and I sent it to an ebay store (that offered the same repair for basically 1/2 the price) 2 days after I sent it they noted the following.

A) The LCD they replaced was in-fact a non OEM replacement

B) There were some screws missing from LCD mount

C) When I told them merely the front glass was orignially broken and that representitive over the phone at Alliance insisted that the LCD was damaged as well upon entry.  They mentioned the fact that they most likely took my (Good LCD) and either used it for anoother repair or sold it on an online venue.  

Bottom line these guys at the very least offer an extremely over priced incompetent service (even for walk-in standards)  and are most likely (although not certain) thieves
