i GOT A U-TURN TICKET IN EARLY 2004- HAVENT DRIVEN SINCE, GOT MY LICENSE IN 2007 AND BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK.. IM CHECKING MY CREDIT REPORT SINCE I HAVE BEEN A VICTOM OF IDENTITY THEFT BEFORE. I FOUND THIS UNUSAL ACTIVITY FROM A NEFARIOUS COMPANY CALLED ALLIANCEONE RECEIVABLES MGMNT INC..

a couple things here...
if you don't deny getting the ticket, then pay your fine. It's on your credit report because it went unpaid and the COURT sent it over to collections. They are contracted through the court and are just a third party. Second, the only institution that has the authority to suspend your drivers license is the court. Alliance one would not threaten you to suspend it themselves. They do now know what holds your license, they are just required to advise you of what could possibly happen if you leave the ticket unpaid (credit reporting, license suspension, legal action).. I think you are being a little bit dramatic here, andshould probably take responsibility for your actions.
