Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bought an Airline ticket through Delta.com and thought I was also buying travel insurance by clicking a box. Unfortunately in order to be compensated for any interruption or delay in my travel, I had to have a Dr. excuse. You MUST not click the button prior to reviewing what is NOT covered by Allianz. It is not the travel insurance you think it is. More exclusions than not. Waste of money. DO NOT click their box.

Why are there so many complaints on Ripoff Report and with the BBB about your company? People, read the posts and judge for yourself. I recommend purchasing a refundable ticket vs this crap insurance.

Jackie from the Help Team here. We are sorry we were unable to provide you with coverage in your situation. Please note that travel insurance is like any other type of insurance in that there are terms and conditions that determine if a claim is payable. Additionally, we apologize that you found the claims process to be extensive; however, we do need the specified documentation in order to properly investigate our customers claims. By paying only legitimate claims, we are able to keep prices low for all of our customers.
We, as well as our partner Delta, want consumers to make informed decisions when it comes to travel insurance. When the insurance is offered, we make sure that we indicate that Limitations apply and provide a link which consumers may use if they want to review the terms and conditions.
