Do not under any circumstances do business with Allied Asphalt and Concrete, Asphalt Cowboys, Rusty Reek, or Maria Harvick. They are all one and the same and they are a bunch of con-artists and crooks.  Their companies are DBA's based out of Cedar Hill, and Maria is the owner of the company but Rusty will tell you he is the owner although he's just the laborer.   We hired them to do a commercial construction job, and they cashed our intial check and nothing was done.  They continue to give excuses, from weather to medical emergencies, and every day they say today is the day the job will be done, but it is never done.  Please please learn from us and run, don't walk, when they say they want your business. You are only asking for trouble.
