Allied Auto Shippers, LLC False advertising Coral Springs Florida

I solicited bids for cross-country transport of a vehicle on a shipping-services website and Allied Auto Shippers was a low-cost bidder.I discussed my requirements with Jackie who assured me that they serve the markets on both ends and could deliver the vehicle when needed. The Friday before the vehicle is schedule to be delivered Jackie leaves me a message, minutes prior to closing time (THEY ARE NOT A 24-7 OPERATOR ADVERTISED) informing me that they had a "problem" with the driver and the quoted priced increased by 33% AND THAT I NEED TO CONFIRM THE ORDER WITH HER DISPATCHER.IT'S FIVE pm est, I HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS FOR GETTING THE CAR DELIVERED THE FOLLOWNG TUESDAY AM!! I attempted to contact the dispatcher on all numbers listed on the Allied Auto Shippers website-NONE OF THE NUMBERS PICKED UP, did I mention that they ARE NOT A 24-7 OPERATOR? The driver was polite and admitted that ALLIED AUTO SHIPPERS was fishing for business with a low-ball quote to bait and fish.I suspect thet Jackie was playing games and discussed my experience with the dispatcher who admitted the following; Allied Auto Shippers is not a 24-7 operator, Allied Auto Shippers is a broker, and Jackie should have informed me that she represented a broker not a carrier. In closing, Allied Auto Shippers falsely represented their services and deliverables and failed to ren=mediate the matter when the facts were disclosed to the company representative.
