Our case mirrors all the other cases that have been written prior to ours. It has been one lie after another. Someone out on medical leave and another just quit that day to another one fired!!!! I was given a number to the Head of the Operations named Brad Wheelock 423-900-8710 though there is no answer at that number and it takes you round and round. I received an email from him insuring I would be paid by email or overnight check. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Thankful our outstanding balance is not outrageous like others I have seen. But still doesn’t change the fact that it cost us Towing Owners when we aren’t paid for our services!!
