Allied Inc Sean Oreally Lies and illegal practices about hiring San Jose California

So i was employed by Allied Inc in san jose the owner is Sean O'reilly and all they do is lie to people who they hired as well as customers. I was told i would be making $2400 a month and that i didnt have to make any sales at all. All that was a lie as well as them telling you that you have appointments already set up for you. We had to knock on people doors to make sales and we worked long hours with little to no break at all. They never told us we were sales associates, i had apply for the customer service role but instead they made us knock on people doors and if we didnt make the quota sales they wouldnt pay us the said $2400, but instead it was a much smaller amount. Also they dont give you any W2's so they dont take out any taxes out of the paycheck you get so at the end of the year you have to pay all the taxes that werent taken out. The entire thing was very different from any job i had. The place where the business is at is mainly empty and they have nothing that represents the business name, they have no inventory inside of the Kirby Vacumms, the vans come preloaded already. I was desperate to have some income so i stayed there for a month. I should of listen to myself when they first called me when they i told me i got the job, after that i did a little research and i couldnt mind a business website, no employee reviews and no business reviews but Sean O'reilly claims that the company has been around since 1914 that should of been my first sign that this business was a huge scam to get as many people to work for long hours and for a cheap compensation when you dont get sales. The only thing i have to say is RUN from these people they commint fraud to their employees and customers.
