Allied Interstate ripoff Fraud call center Greensboro North Carolina

I got a message from Allied Insurance stating to call them about a debt so when I called them the guy put me on hold and it sounded like he was chatting with someone else and then he came back on the line and said "can I help you" I stated someone called and asked me to call back and I was calling back and he then asked me to hold. I then told him I was calling from a cell phone and he was wasting my minutes I just want to know what this is in regards to. He then stated that if you don't want to pay your debt then it is just another debt for him. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when the supervisor got on the phone it was the same guy. I just think this is a fraud and don't give them any information.
