I purchased a mirror based on specifications listed on the companies website; when I received the mirror the size was bigger than what was listed on there website... I called their customer service and reported the problem and they said the specs shown were approximate and would not would not cover expense for return shipping.  My decision to purchase this mirror was base primarily on the fact that it met the exact dimensions I was looking to fill.  When I asked to speak to a customer service manager they refused  they said the Customer Service manager would not take my call and hung up on me.
