  Your response to the advertised position has been received. Without much delay I would like to get you familiar with a few facts about the position. This is a personal position I am offering, which means that you are cleaning a private house which belongs to me. While this can be a full time or part time opportunity, I wish to let you know that you will be working for three days of your choosing every week. There are no specific hours apportioned, just as long as the house is kept clean at all times. This does not involve laying the bed or doing any other job apart from cleaning all the nooks and crannies of the property.
 
 
Another fact I want you to be familiar with is that I am currently not living in the town; I am new to the place and have just decided to live in the city. At the moment I live in IDAHO, but I want a new environment especially for my business plans to pan out well. I am into car sales, and I very much intend to start my car dealership pretty soon. There will be a bit of urgency at starting this job as I intend for the house to be cleaned and got ready before my return. I am coming with guests, and I would like to accommodate them in my new home, hence it is going to be impossible for me to meet with you before you start the job. If you cannot start the job unless you meet me, please feel free to decline this position.
 
Arrangements will be made to get the keys across to you. It is imperative that you are paid for your job, and that will be of utmost consideration before you begin work at all. The weekly remuneration is $520 to be paid at the beginning of each week. I do believe that you will do a good job. I know it is a little strange that I want to trust you with access to my house, but I have had no problem trusting people from the past till date. I want to inform you that it is pertinent that I am able to reach you  all times through SMS or E-mail address. I want total dedication to this job if you indeed want to take it. Please if you have doubts as to accepting this position because of some insecurity, you may decline this position. Only a dedicated candidate is needed, someone who will give their all.

This gentleman got my resume off of criglist par time jobs and said that he needed a personal assitant to take care of some business matters within the states, because "he" owns several clothing, electronic businesses in ireland and england, says he will meet up with u whenever he comes to the states, tell u that he will mail u a check and u are to deduct your monthly salary from it, and then send the rest of the money from the check to a certain address, wants u to cash the check at ur bank, well my bank put a hold on this check, and i did not spend my money which thats how he is scamming people, they deposit the check he mails, take out the rest of the money from their back account and send it western union, and then the bank lets u know that the check is conterfiet, so u owe the bank the whole amount of the check, and u have already mailed a bunch of money that wasnt ever in your account, i placed a "hold" on the check just to make sure the funds would be available before i spent my own money, and just as i thought the check came back conterfiet/altered/fraud/ this person will not tell u the name of his business or have u to sign anything, prefers to do everything over email, which was weird.
