I ordered a 12 month subscription of Muscle & Fitness for my husband as a Christmas gift on December 2, 2004. My credit card was charged and he received a card stating I had purchased this gift subscription for him.
In February, I emailed them and informed them we never received any magazines. After 3 emails to them, they informed me it takes 6 to 11 weeks for the subscription to begin.
On March 9, 2005, I emailed them again informing them we never got our magazines. They emailed me back and told me to wait three more weeks and if the subscription didn't start, they would issue a full refund.
In April 2005, I sent them 3 emails informing them the subscription hasn't started. They have not responded. After reading posts on the Rip-off Report, I called my credit card company and reported them. The credit card company issued a credit for my subscription.

Still no magazines or credit received

I received an email from AllMagazines4Sale.com's customer service department on 4/7/05 indicating that I would be receiving a full refund in the next 7 to 10 business day. To date I still haven't received this refund.
I am going to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. In my opinion this company is a total rip off. Do not order magazine subscriptions from this company because you will never receive them.

Today I received an email from AllMagazines4Sale.com informing me of the following: "Due to the extensive time it has taken for this subscription to reach you we have sent your order to the refund department. You will be receiving a refund from us within 7-10 business days with an email notification along with
it."
I will wait for this refund and if and when I receive it, I will let everyone know.
