 My husband and I are first time home owners, in which we thought until the economy did a nose dive, My husband being is a Concrete Contractor and myself employed in the Medical Field we thought this was our chance to live our life and enter into our middle age being happy. We deciced to file for bankruptcy, no stress, keep your home, avoid foreclosure, etc., just to find out that we are still struggling to keep our heads above water to keep from drowning. Allmand and Lee in the beginning charged us an arm and a leg to get started and the Trustee's ate us up if we fail behind with payments,

well since my husband was self employed they came after my check to draft their payment from ever 2 weeks of payday. Myself bringing home a comfortable amount turned into living on the streets pay. To end this heartbroken report, we still was dismissed, forclosure is in process, our car has been repoed, and they are now blowing our phones up and sending letters to Help us.....What in the helicopter happened to the "Help" when I wrote them a letter of distress, what happened to the "Help" when my husband would go to their office to talk about the next better thing to do.
