I ordered the complete Lancer series on Nov. 29, 2007. My CC was charged on the 30th (to my surprise almost 10 dollars more than what my invoice stated).
I tried to contact them via live chat and phone late in Dec. before X-mas because I hadn't received my order. You cannot get through to them. I sent and email to AllMyFav.Shows and finally received and email back from TVAddicts on Jan 2, 2008 telling me that my order was on backorder, and they would email me with a ship date and tracking number when the order is successfully shipped.
On Jan 10, 2008 I received and email from AllMyFav.Shows (go figure) apoligizing for the delay, if I would like to cancel they would refund me. I emailed back asking for a refund. It is Feb. 9, 2008 and still no refund.
I have begun a dispute claim with my CC Company. BEWARE......These companies are one and the same. I have since found out that they go by DVDDonkey, DVDAvenue, DVDCollections, TVBoxset and who knows what else.
